My dr. thinks I'm slightly anemic, so she wants me to go on iron supplements. I went to CVS and asked the pharmacist if he would help me find what I needed. He advised me to take the pills with some food, because taking them on an empty stomach "would kill me". Those were his exact words. Seriously.

Well it won't really kill you, but your stomach will really hurt. You'll get very nauseous.
